Cool mod, but pls. remove the banners around the building. The top of the building the figure or what you call it, is invisible at a certain distance, but close it reappears. Pls. make an entrance to the tower in the future.

There are tree's clipping with the tower on one side.

mod is pretty good mate, but one thing, what's the name of the prop on the top of the building? i mean that sci-fi look alike tower. Everything looks good for me, but personally i want to delete this small pillar, tower, yk what i mean. I've looked for this prop in the YDR files and I can't find it.

@SrSkilleR Thanks, look for xs_propint2_building, but personally, I wouldn't remove it just yet, the roof feels empty without it and the elevator I made now just matches with it perfectly

@Modding Maxed That upper part of the building doesn't load for me except for the trees.

Great mod, at least I don't get to see the under construction building on the vanilla version anymore👌🏻I do also hope that you make the same mods with the other buildings that are under construction near koreatown and downtown los santos

Great work with the aesthetics, but the palmtrees look kinda weird on the bottom, in some parts the old construction machinery and stuff clips through the walls, I am wondering if you can at least fix that clipping if possible, also, going up the ladders towards the heliport at the very top is glitched and will make you fall inside the building. Pretty minor things though, absolutely love it and it makes my lspdfr seem like I'm not in 2013 anymore, thank you.

Love this so much! Only thing I don't really like are the palm trees at the bottom, try rotating some of them so they don't look all unrealistically symmetrical. Besides that, I love the new building and I think it fits the Los Santos skyline amazingly
