FRANKLIN'S VILLA-LUXURY INTERIORS [Legacy Version]
Hi everyone, I'm happy to share with you my new mod that completely revolutionizes the entire decor of Franklin's mansion! I tried to meticulously craft every detail of the textures that characterize this complete overhaul, trying to give it a modern and innovative touch.
I probably could have done more to further improve this mod, but for now I think it's enough to publish. If you notice any imperfections, please let me know and I'll be happy to improve it and give you even more satisfaction!
The download contains the mod's DLC, which you'll find inside the OIV file (which is therefore self-installing).
This project will receive future updates as needed!

Once you've downloaded my mod, you'll find a folder (OIV Franklin's Villa-Luxury Interiors) containing the OIV file, which is self-installing, and a folder (OIV Franklin's Villa-Luxury Interiors -Uninstaller-) containing the OIV uninstaller file. You can then proceed as follows:
1) Franklin's Villa-Luxury Interiors OIV folder:
1 - Extract download to folder that you want
2 - Go to OpenIV > Turn on edit mode
3 - Select TOOLS > PACKAGE INSTALLER > Select OIV file
4 - Select MODS folder to install
5 - Complete!
or
2) Franklin's Villa-Luxury Interiors OIV folder:
1 - Extract download to folder that you want
2 - Go to OpenIV > Turn on edit mode

I understand that maybe you have other tastes but by doing so you let others know that this mod doesn't work when in fact I dedicated a lot of time to make sure it worked perfectly!.... in my opinion your comment was enough without adding just two stars....

Certainly not bad. I converted it to Enhanced, and am now in the process of applying some UVW mapping on the shell, to get seamless application of textures. But you have good taste, and I love what you did to the place. :)
@meimeiriver thank you so much... your words make me very happy... I know that the images are not perfect but, as I go forward, I will try to invest in some better programs that allow me to have high quality textures.... I'm glad you like this mod 😊
