Update (Version 1.35) for build 1290 is out, cc @spartaque12 @NobleKlasse @g1905377
@ifsonata Dumbass just remove the FoV files
game keeps crashing after install bro!!!
No work's
@ifsonata maybe keep the fucking mods in a backup folder before you delete them genius
works after cayo perico update?
crashes
Dontworking comrade, using this > ; guides and NOTHING
@Nigga23 No brow! :(
So... I guess this is never going to be updated?
i literally want to pay to get this updated dude it would mean the world to me if you updated this mod please
@Reviving thanks for the advise man you're a genius, i would never guessed what was the problem XD
This mod causes a CTD on launch, was about to uninstall my entire game and reinstall it and turns out this mod is why my game was CTD'ing. RIP :(
LISTEN UP. if you want to fix every aspect of your FoV (on foot, in vehicles, both aiming modes and even third person) then read this.
step 1: download flawless wide screen: https://www.flawlesswidescreen.org
step 2: download rose's GTA V FoV patch: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1876-grand-theft-auto-v-fov-ultrawide-new-fws-script/
step 3: drag both and drop the patch files into the main flawless widescreen directory.
step 4: launch both GTA and flawless widescreen. there are two Grand Theft Auto V tabs in flawless widescreen, be sure to choose "Grand Theft Auto V (Updated) at the very top left next to installed plugins under WSGF Plugins.
step 5: configure your settings and enjoy the PROPER FoV we've all been waiting for and needed.
note: since GTA V uses a vertical FoV, a first person FoV of 59 degrees in GTA V is actually the standard 90 degree horizontal FoV many of us are used to in most games.
here's a calculator to fine tune things: https://themetalmuncher.github.io/fov-calc/
it also works online since its an external program but safety isn't 100% guaranteed, though I haven't had any problems yet.
@saow227 yeah this mod is kinda useless right now
ive written a solution above ^^^ flawless widescreen is a much better option anyway since you don't have to change any files and you can edit your FOV values in-game! be sure to set your display to "windowed-fullscreen mode"
This mod is the reason I almost gave up installing mods, Thank you @Marijaunacide for the fix
@Marijaunacide after using flawless wide, so I can save those settings and play with them without running flawless wide?
@ashlebowsky The program must stay on.
@Marijaunacide How can I edit the Fov values if I want to increase it which files should I edit. Thanks In advance
@Marijaunacide please note that I mean changing the values manually
@Marijaunacide i made an account just to say thank you so much bro
