Inspired by real life police helicopters, police helicopters will fly much higher now. No more will you be able to simply step out of your car and take down a police helicopter with your RPG, or gun down the pilot with a rifle, or helicopters flying low, causing them to crash into a light pole... Helicopters will now fly much higher, making it harder for you to see them and shoot them, forcing you to think more tactically on how to evade police airships, like hiding in tunnels or lying low.

Installation:
mods>update>update.rpf>x64>data>tune
Should work with any mod that uses the police helicopter AI, like LSPDFR.
Bugs/Issues:
The only reason helicopters may get low is if they're repelling in NOOSE units. Otherwise, they will just track you.

Umm interesting, but how would the search lights (spotlights) work when aiming on wanted suspects in vehicles from above?
The police helicopters in America normally fly around 1000 feet ( sometimes much lower depending on city density ) , CHPs sometimes fly around 1500. The height of the mod is more likely for news helicopters as they stick around at about 3000s to not interfere with law enforcement airship.

@nj5050 Did some testing, and police searchlights still work with this, if they're not visible, then you might need to change the "helisearchlight" settings in visualsettings.dat, although it shouldn't need changing
@itsyaboi0008 Yea I can see that it actually still works, though ground surface luminousity may lower a bit.
Nonetheless, it also reminds me of running away from a UAP/UFO instead of the SA Cops.

@zyankenta I changed: "CTaskHelicopterStrafe__Tunables", "CTaskHeliChase__Tunables" and changed the targetoffset Y to higher
