It's the end of 2025 — and what more fitting mod is there to upload than this!
This mod serves as a palate cleanser for all the absolute slop that came with the latest Black Ops title (it's not canon).
For the thematic sister mod I made with this, check out my Raul Menendez upload!
This is a direct port of two of David "Section" Mason's player models from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's single-player campaign. Everything in this pack was scaled down universally — meaning, the dimensions from the base/vanilla game are exactly the same.
Since he's the primary protagonist, you rarely ever see Section from a third-person perspective. Between cutscenes and within gameplay, you see snippets of his third-person model and play with an entirely separate, detailed first-person view model. What I've done is stitched his first-person view model with his main third-person model as a means of keeping details consistent; this way, you can toggle between third- and first-person camera modes without seeing any sudden jolt in quality.
In addition to rigging the body normally, I've also meticulously rigged his entire face, from eyelids to his mouth, allowing you to use any lip movement mods or apply any facial animations to him without any glitches or issues.
This pack includes the following:
○ Section's JSOC / DEVGRU Navy SEALs attire
• Includes his arm touchpad being lit-up in darker areas
○ Section's Colossus plainclothes attire
○ Full-rigged facial animations for both
There are no (known) bugs with any portion of this pack.
HOW TO INSTALL:
First, install Add-On peds at this link here.
Then, right-click on the application in your GTA 5 root directory and run it as an administrator.
In the drop-down at the drop, create a new ped and enter this as its name:
ywr_section
Select the "Male" option, click "Save," and click "Rebuild" at the top.
Finally, in OpenIV, drag the files from the download into the following directory:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > addonpeds > dlc.rpf > peds.rpf
You're set.
CREDITS:
- Activision and Tr3yarch for the models, meshes, and base textures
- Rigging, scaling, assembly, weight painting, and texture map baking by myself
