I can confirm this mod WORKS with enhanced.
All you have to do when you install Natural Vision Evolved (easiest method)
Place the vehiclemodelsets.meta in Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced\onigiri\common\data\ai
And place the popgroups.ymt in Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced\onigiri\platform\levels\gta5
(Remember, this requires Natural Vision Enhanced (free))
