I confirm in my case that the gameconfig v.20.0 also works with the latest update 1.0.868.1, as mentioned in the previous post.
However, I noticed another mistake today. Putting some cars in the garage in Michael's house and saving the game on the next restart GTA V no longer starts. It seems that game config doesn't work but in reality it's not like that.
With another restore of the backup file in the documents folder (savegame 100% of F7YO) and some tweaks, everything went back ok.
I will keep the garages free for some test time.

If it can be of help to someone in my specific case after a thousand tests and seeing that my 2 previous backups were no longer working I deleted my save files inside the documents folder and reinserted the 100% F7YO save. At the restart everything started again after a short setting of the settings and everything as before I am now testing how long it works, auto DLC and various mods working at the moment.
@f7yo if I can help I can bring my "problem", with the old version 1.0.1868.0 no problem I have updated to 1.0.1868.1 I can assure that the game works great having installed 20 police cars with Modding-DLC and 114 Add -on between machines and various and the game continued to work well as F7YO says, so there is no apparent problem.
For a few days I did a cleaning I installed the game from 0 step by step greatly reducing the unused mods, but now things have changed keeping the same patch files the same gameconfig and all the files that are used to make everything work do not exceed the 20 DLC at 21 the game does not start. I don't really know what could have happened it was only for more detailed information I will try to find out in the next few days for the moment I am forced to return with my old backup luckily not deleted, sorry for my English and thanks to F7YO that allowed me to play GTA V for a long time
Unfortunately, after days and days of tests and endless uploads, unfortunately the game becomes unstable if you add too many single DLC cars are back 4 update but nothing the game was unstable too and came out after 10 minutes c.a.
My current configuration to make sure that the game does not crash and the following:
Mega Realistic Car Pack 4.0 Car Showcase (330 CARS)
Authentic Car Pack (OIV) GTA V UPDATE 4.0
+ max 5 or 6 cars dlc Rmod Customs super detailed example (BMW M4 RaijinBodykit [Add-On | Tuning] 3.3).

Guys first of all hello to all the comunity and especially to all the modders of GTA V Mods that have made me have fun until now with this fantastic game and all your addons / mods. I wanted to bring this simple guide to solve the problem in which after 10 minutes the game crashes.

As for the spaw I'm having some problems because up to 60 dlc installed you can still make the spaw exceeded 60 dlc you can not do it and the game reports an error when you try to make the spaw.
I noticed that even some mod examples the mod EUP Law Order 7.5 if you exceed 60 dlc crashes while many other mod work.
I think that with the last update a block has been put.
If anyone knows anything please also warn me in pvt. Sorry my English and especially I apologize to the moderators if I have wrong to post in this treads.
