The sounds I used in the "rb26dett" sound I made are taken from the Need For Speed Game. accel/decel, idle, backfire and turbo sound are taken from NFS: Heat.
The .rel files that I used in sound mode are dat54, dat151 and dat10 .rel files.
To install it yourself, you have to do these.
Open the OIV file
move the rb26dett mod to this location GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml and type this - dlcpacks:/rb26dett/
Note:
dlclist.xml location GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

The exhaust_accel and exhaust_decel make it sound like multiple cars in the background when driving.
