Going on a normal family vacation in Blaine County, aren't ya. Well, you're going to need a place to stay now and I know you won't be staying in the Sandy Shores motel. Only other place is Paleto Bay, but you won't be paying an outrageous sum like that for a little run down motel room, right. Well, turns out, there is another choice. This lovely cabin off of Catfish View. Don't let the noises get to you at night, you'll get used to it. If you make it through the first night.

This is a ymap, but however you will still need to load a small menyoo file because some props I couldn't get to load with the ymap. Very small load time with the menyoo file. Readme inside zip.
Once in game just simply load the menyoo file and it will teleport you to the cabin.

@Officer91 Hi there, late reply, but, to make it FiveM, what people need to do is put all the files into a folder called CatfishCabin. Inside that folder, you need a lua file named fxmanifest, and there needs to be another folder called "stream", all lowercase. Inside the fxmanifest file, you need to enter this:
fx_version 'cerulean'
games { 'gta5' }
this_is_a_map 'yes'
