This is my first mod and a simple one. I originally just made it for myself for a machinima series I'm making, but I'll share it anyway! It is just a bunch of peds in the lobby of the FIB building for movie-making and/or more immersion.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Map Editor by Guadmaz

INSTALLATION
1. Place the XML file into your main GTA V directory.
2. To load the map in-game with the Map Editor, select 'Load Map' - 'XML' - then type the file name: FIBLobby.
I may update it in the future by placing more peds around the elevators or from any suggestions you may have. You can also edit the mod yourself if you choose. Just be sure give me credit for the original work.
