Franklin's Simple Parking Lot 1.0

I always wanted more space for my car collection without complete overhaul of franklins house, so i created my own, might as well share it, maybe someone finds it useful.
Safe to use with persistence mods (i use imnotmental persistence II), cars stay in place.
I used Menyoo and Map Builder Community 1.07, i think its actually just smallroad from it.
There is a xml file if you want to add something, and ymap file.
Install Map Builder Community 1.07 or Map Builder Mod
Installation:
1. Use OpenIV, enable edit mode, put parkinglot.ymap inside
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/ citye/maps/custom maps.rpf/

@goathorns brother first time it loaded perfectly but after i started the game second time after the installation of this mod only ramps and stairs are visible. pls help?
@Jade_bad i think small road prop is not loading for you. do you have Map Builder Community 1.07 or Map Builder Mod installed? its inside it. Did you tried loading xml file with Menyoo?
@goathorns i have installed map builder mod and i have placed the ymap file in my custommaps.rpf location
