The map was published for GTA IV by Terreur69 while rest of the credits for the map can be found on GTAForums.com topic linked alongside this mod release. Modification was originally developed for GTA: San Andreas, then for GTA IV and now ported to GTA V. To get it up and running correctly, you will need to first install these files, listed below.
Map was converted using Autodesk 3ds Max 2012, GIMSEvo by 3Doomer, CodeWalker and OpenMapTools - by dexyfex and OpenIV - by GooDNTS
List of other pre-installed mods, you should seperately install for stabilizing and loading improvements:

This map at first would collide with French Riviera in my map collection, after nearly 7 hours to diagnose and find the tool to move the thing to north west of the los santos airport, i can finally moved it out of the way, and work like a champ. yes missing traffic and ped. My moved version is even missing the airport but man, this is the NFS hot pursuit kinda big. tropical-ish ground, huge landscape. to be hornest mapping this with ped and traffic would be a pain. alot of empty spaces though. this would be epic to write new missions script if added in more buildings and props

@QuandaleDingleton YMAP & YBN Mover, i used this thing, but it is not very easy, alot of trial and error, and my backup hard drive failed so sadly ill not be able to share the moved file, but now that would collide with sf and lv map so ill again try to move it again when i find the time

@Anthronia The only thing that I can do to make the town look more alive is to use Menyoo Spooner, and create a xml.
And what I mean, is by spawning at a bunch of cars parked in the town areas, had a few hotdog and burger stands on the corners of the streets, and use the script for working vendors so an npc will stand behind it and you can buy food from them. Spawn in some NPC’s and create a scenario for them., maybe have them wash a car on the street somewhere or wiping windows on the building. Had a tent and campfire in the woods area somewhere.
And then just convert that into a ymap and put it in the custom_maps dlc.
But you might need to use Spooner to spawn in the peds because the ymap will only spawn in the objects.

@Starfox1993 there are a large amount of videos from the creator on youtube that walks you through what it is and how to use it. its far more advanced than menyoo, allowing you to create paths, scenarios, etc that use the default GTAV formats so they load naturally without needing to use a menu or script
