This simple scenario scene i wanted to share. originally was gonna make it as the movie Ambulance but the movie is kind of bland and unmemorable that i just did my own thing.
Features:
"Realistic" road blocks to stop traffic from entering uphill Union Depository (disable traffic or AI will try ram into the blockades.
NOOSE Swat teams posted up in front of bank. FIB and detectives (CIA Ped) talking to the press.

Known Bugs: some peds may look like they are floating. i tried my best to make them not clip through ground.

You could turn the props and peds from static to dynamic and vice versa.
Turning the peds to dynamic will make gravity affect them and thus not floating
Turning the props to static will lock them in place (immovable) while also making them indestructible
Lets say you want to spawn a roadblock on an incline, spawn it and make sure to make it dynamic, gravity will do the job and the roadblock is now inclined correctly, then turn the roadblock into static. And thats how you make an immovable, indestructible. inclined roadblock
