Hi, this is my second build I recommend this for a roleplay (fiveM). Because I have done this for my mafia u have here some small jail/cell on scrapyard is heliport inside the building is a stock with room for a meeting. Next is here a small dress room. In the next room is the gang pc for a boos menu also there are some guns for gunstock. U can use it for mafia but also maybe for some small repair car shop because it's on a scrapyard.
---------------------------------------------------------- INSTALL
The map was created in Map Editor 2.13 so u need to install inside How to Install (Retail File):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\maps
Or wherever when u have installed ur GTA V.

great work mate! what item did you use for the ground?
@speedygrewal only carpet, basically Its only GTA default floor + carpets.
