changelog 1.1:
1.fixed the issue of the mesa appearing in the army base
2.the laser jet replaced by hunter chopper
3.added section for the loadout so you can add it (and it's scary O_o)
4.made all the roadblocks of lspd is vans
4.added dlc police cars to lspd
5.some of fib can summon in riot (idk if this works cuz i didn't test it)
6.now the roadblock of de army is now have insurgents and nightsharks ;_:
7.now there are bike bombs on the road don't touch it
8.the helis hasn't passengers only the pilot (bc the ground vehicles already will fu*k you)
and the main use for choppers is making you wanted as long as possiable (and they like to see ya being tortured o_o)
9.Added an option to make the fib appear instated of military in 5 stars in optional tab
this is modfied version of army spawns at 5 stars and this containts:
1.the dispatch is so heavy that the cars will spwan multiplied (like x10)
2.ghosts that will make you suffer in the escapness
3.in 2 stars there are a chance to spawn a heli
4.there are polmav and police buzzard that are controlled by lspd and this is it
5.annihilator heli that is from swat and his you should install a mod that makes the npc shoots from the vehicle

6.and there are fib frogger will shoot on ya
DISCLAMER!:the fib ped model from post version that uses mp_m instated of mp_ just like that
7.4 stars will be a disaster
8.5 stars will summon alots of the army like 3 cars per spawn and there are blocks that have rhino
9.there are savage and weaponized buzzard will shoot on you and some others like cargobob
10.there are multiple metas that is funnier with thier optional things
11.has a chance to spawn apc and rhino in the road block
the police vans now present as a normal police cars not in the roadblocks and in rb it's replaced by the riot
12.the riot block now has khanjali instated (and yes tanks in 4 stars this is normal)
13.i can't do an oiv so the installation is:
open iv:gtav/update (or mods/update)/update.rpf/common/data. and hit the file there
i hope to understand everything from the mod without any bug :)
and beware of touching any officer!
