That evil laugh in the Wasted screen just did a great job in making experiencing game overs even more infuriating, as if it's laughing at you for getting killed by cops.
Rage fuel at its finest.

@PsiBurner lol, I didn't download it, but it sure is going to be fun. XD It's been quite a long time, since I last played GTA V tho.
I don't have the scripts folder
@marculu You haven't added it to the mods folder yet. Just skip the mods part and go straight to x64/audio/sfx/SCRIPT it will automatically ask if you want to copy to mods folder.
Did you take that from Michael Jackson's video clip 'Thriller'???

KNEW IT... That laugh is definitive and so unique.
