Will the traffic be affected at times(like at night quiet and at 5 pm rush hour it is busy).

@BroFist21 My mod does this - I am working on an update for it I plan to release in a few days. This mod won't because you need proper edits to popcycle as well.

@BroFist21 There will be a slight decrease though not by much. LA traffic doesn't really slow down all that much.

@barto feel free to mess around on your own. the population settings are lines 581-755 if you want to edit it in notepad or something. I will be updating the mod in a day or 2 aswell.

How to make it so this just affects people and not vehicles? That's all I want is increased peds, like at the beach for example, most of the towels where people lay down are empty normally.
