Replace the waterfog_txds.rpf file with this path openiv / GTA V / x64v.rpf / textures

@Elimate for those who are still struggling to get this to work, you also need to add waterfog_txds.rpf file to GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\textures (the instructions don't mention it). But awesome mod!

this mod is not working for me and I followed all the steps. i copied x64a and x64v to my mods folder and replaced the required files and it did not work can anyone help me.
