No Police Helicopter until 4 Stars 1.01

If you are a hardcore player, you probably have noticed that there is something that f**** everything, the spawning of too many police helicopters that are overpowered(they see you as if they were the eye of sauron xd).
-Police helicopters dont spawn until you reach 4 stars and in consecutive stars, there are less helicopter presence.
Installing:
-With OpenIV, overwrite vanilla Dispatch.meta with mine in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
There is two version, One for vanilla(1.0) and other one for the mod Realism Dispatch enhanced(1.1), Hope you enjoy¡

@voncarl93 what version? mine is lates gta 5 version. Which is Arena Wars
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 same, but is difficult to make RDE compatible with new versions (anyways there are other mods that adds six stars with military response)
@voncarl93 but i want an actual six star. so i can add more police responding with dispatch.meta and nobody has figured it out to add an ACTUAL six star (or even 7 stars)

@voncarl93 How about police helicopter spawning on 3 stars, as it is, but they start shooting only when you reach 4 stars or above? Just an idea
@voncarl93 well GTA SA had a mod (that i forgot the name) that allowed you to add more than 6 stars :3
@tkdwnsehtk I did that some time ago and it worked, it is easy, i can add this on the next update.
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 GTA SA has a completely different code, but it can be possible,i dont really know.

Is it possible to add double the police cars that spawn in 2-3 stars?
Is there any way to have police helis but with no gunner? I'd like the realism of helis tracking me but not shooting me from the sides. Thanks.
Also: My dispatch.meta is edited. Is there just a simple way to import this into that without replacing the whole file?

@JonnyXX i had tested what are you saying and it works! you have to put 1 ped for helicopter and it will spawn only the helicopter pilot (sorry for my english,in not native english) Luck!!
@Sokin yes! you have to raise the number of police ped in the dispatch.meta it is easy to find.Luck!

I was using no helicoter at all wanted level, and it was boring after time, I was missing it a little. So I got same idea as JohnyXX up there, that heli without a gunner, I looked at in files, and it is when you find
'' </WantedLevel3> '', (near under is same text wanted level 4, it is setting for 4 stars), find police helicopter and num of peds set to 1, also on swat helicopter set it from 5 to 1, and on 5 stars the same thing. So you can get heli at 4 and 5 stars, only with pilot with his bigass flashlight, and without gunners. There is plenty of them on the ground. Thanks for this mod man! Also for tutorial.
okay, it is not working for me, maybe because I have many mods installed, so coming back to no helicopters.
Still working as of 3/14/23 not sure if its causing any bugs but I hopped on, got a 3 star wanted level and got no helicopters, so that part is working.
