@Braixen Yes, some games have popgroups file but they could be different and not the same from Rockstar's popgroups file, and it doesn't change the fact that it's still Rockstar Games' property... plus if you think someone has used your edited popgroups file, why not just simply report the mod instead of taking it to the "court" lol. You're over-reacting a bit..don't you think so?

@Braixen Dude, when you come here to post whatever mod you make, you're making it available for other people to use. You can't take people to court, there's no legal law that they've stolen something. And while you can ask not to have your mod stolen, people can sure as hell merge it with whatever they want. If you can't play well with others, you shouldn't publish your mods at all. You uploaded the file, people will use it however they like.

And again, you're allowed to ask for it not to be stolen, or taken credit for, you sure as hell can't ask them not to mix it with Retro V, because modders will download this and use it with another mod. By the way, you just told Slyzer that you would take him to court for using "your property", when you just told him you'd contact him in 1-2 days about the mod.

i really really want this mod but it corrupts my files every time and im using openiv. i dont have mods folder tho so i install it in the normal update.rpf. is that the issue? pls help, thx.
