For the people having issues with the livery.
Go OpenIV update\x64\dlcpacks\2015MercedesAmgCLS63s\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\cls63s.ytd
Add the livery.
Right click on the livery.
Go to properties.
Change pixel format from BC7 to DXT5.
That should fix the issue.
