Follow this patch in OpenIV : C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
There you gonna replace all the files with my files in the download.

You should do Halton Regional Police, the cars are very similar to Hamilton, but the officers... now that would be a challenge. They have some pretty sick gear that may be hard to put in GTA V
you could ask for permission first....... i have released this buff only on LSPDFR. and another thing. this buff is an older version. i have redone the whole thing with working breaking glass.
