You must have Bxbugs123's 2011 CROWN VICTORIA

Installation:
Open OpenIV,
Install the vehicle mod from the link given above,
open police.ytd (or whatever slot you've chosen before),
Find "vicz_sign_1" and replace with the file with the same given in my zipfolder.
Enjoy.
