- Extract the file and place mbc63_sign_3 on your desktop
- open OpenIV
- Turn on Edit mode
- Goto GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mbc63/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mbc63.rpf/mbc63.ytd
- edit mbc63.ytd
- Click on Import
- In the Open windows, choose the mod livery file mbc63_sign_3 and Open it
- Press Save and close OpenIV
- enjoy :)
