GlitchGamer's "HAKUCHOU Police Motorcycle" model is required to use this skin. Download @ http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/10104-hakuchou-police-motorcycle-model/
BUGS: Due to a glitch, that is out of my control, you'll notice a couple transparent sections on the right mirror brace. These will not take color at all, just FYI.
Install instructions are included in the readme file.
