Replace textures in file "vehshare.ytd" along the way:

\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpbeach\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpbeachvehicles.rpf\
For correct position of signs in North Dakota plate replace "carcols.ymt" along the way:

I was taken for basis a textures from outsid3r4 for California license plates and edit by myself. Normal maps and North Dakota plates are fully done by myself.
