Install:
First, install the original model https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/uh-1h-iroquois-nasa-add-on
Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
.../GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/uh1nasa/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/uh1nasa.rpf/uh1nasa.ytd
Replace the original "uh1nasa.ytd" with my .ytd file
Finally, open GTA V and enjoy.
