This is a skin for the vauxhall insignia by British Gamer 88, this is used by the west midlands police as area cars!

Installation:
First Install BritishGamer88's Vauxhall insignia
Using Open IV navigate to PatchDay 4ng and find police 3
Click Edit Mode
Drag And Drop the .YTD & Hi_YTD from the 'files' folder into open iv
