For installation u can use OpenIV, and (only for example, u can place files anywhere u want):
GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider2\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mplowrider2_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_lowrider_02
