The Drug Enforcement Administration! I mean sure, they gave us DOA peds that honestly don't exactly look great! so what better than to replace IAA with DEA? I mean shit, there's no real use for IAA, whatcha gonna do? find Bin Laden? Exactly its SA not Pakistan! With the DEA you can feel cool and actually do something!

Going by your instructions here:
Install Instructions:
Run OpenIV
Navigate to:
GTA V Root Folder > mods > x64e.rpf > models > CD Images > componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf
Make sure you are in edit mode
Copy the "ciasec_01" file into componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf
So we do nothing else with the other several png files? You don't mention about putting them anywhere. Are they just linked into the other files you gave us?
