The wait is finally over. This hot ass summer has bought more than just blistering heat and a surge in heat related fatalities in the elderly, a wave of Fooliganz have swept through the Alamo Sea and they're here to stay. And with them comes their unique flare for fashion. New clownlike face paints, red rubber noses, tees small and big and high socks all help to make up the Fooligan aesthetic. Fatal Incursion band tees really complete the look or a dope dildodude jersey. Once you're kitted out make sure to spread the good vibes by any means you like, and if any law enforcement tries to rain on your parade send a fucking rpg through their windshield. BADANKADONK!
This mod adds numerous textures for oversized t shirts, basketball jerseys, football jerseys, several masks, cargo pants and cropped cargo pants, rolled sleeve shirts and more.
I want to give credit to JeySlickThatsMe for giving me npc fooligan makeup from mpchristmas3 and Z1Tronix3D for making the simple clown nose for me
The only bug I've run into is if you save an mp character with the new face paint, when reselecting the outfit, the clown make up will be dark. You fix that by simply changing the makeup. (Not sure if that's just an issue on my end)

@HeySlickThatsMe I figured it'd be something like the LS Car Meet but for the Fooliganz, complete with their own branded vehicles and clothes or something. But then again, that would only make too much sense and we know Rockstar isn't a fan of that! Besides, they only wanna make things console exclusive these days.
