Please follow this Installation Instruction:
- make sure you have a backup of all files you will be replacing.
- go to [GTA V Directory]\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one using OpenIV
- Replace uppr_diff_031_b_bla.ytd file in the directory with .ytd file in "Chelsea Grin T-Shirts" folder

NOTE:
i messed up the Read-Me file's instruction.
ignore the Read Me file and use the instruction above instead, sorry about that.
already submitting to replace the Read Me files with the proper one, waiting for approval
