Hello, this is my first self-made mod.
I will update this if anyone wants more to it.
This mod gives Franklin the skin condition Vitiligo.
This currently is *only* for his head. Not his body.
This only works with the default/short hairstyle(s), or head texture 0.
INSTALLATION:
Replace the file in this location.
\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

Version 1.1 - I've added a second texture option.
