If using the preset from Skin Control doesn't help, then you've obviously broken something yourself or some other mod is interfering. I've tested this mod even on the "Enhanced" version and everything works correctly (I just converted the models/textures to the new format)

@MARK2580 I confirmed that I could play normally online before installing this mod (no modifications were detected). But as soon as the file is loaded, although it initially displays normal textures, it quickly changes to incorrect ones. Given this, there's currently no solution to this problem for my game copy.
