Vlad was a senior member of the Faustin Family operating in Hove Beach, a community in Liberty City with predominantly Eastern European residents. He made his income from loan sharking and racketeering in Broker, initially targeting weak Russians to intimidate. He was the owner of Comrades Bar, where he often carried out orders to those he employed. Vlad was also a frequent cocaine user, which was usually supplied to him by his boss, Mikhail Faustin. His demise occurred when Niko Bellic arrived in Liberty City. Niko was the cousin of Roman Bellic, whom was in debt to Vlad. Niko murdered Vlad after finding out he had been sleeping with Roman's girlfriend, Mallorie Bardas.

Vlad was a character I hated from the moment I first saw him, and I'm sure many other people can agree with that. It was satisfying watching his death after a few missions as well lol. Now even though he was killed off in GTA IV, he is now back in GTA V!
He has his original textures that have been upscaled using an app called Upscayl. This was mentioned to me by a user named Tay Mackenzie and I cannot thank them enough!
He has facial animations that match GTA V's base npc models. However, he does not have cutscene facial animations as that is a bit tougher to make. I suggest using a mod called Character Swap if you choose to use him for missions or cutscenes.

Ex: changing the name "ig_vlad" to "ig_barry" and replacing that model.

every thing is perfect but there is a bug with his clothes its a little wierd you use other vlad mod clothes that some one else is made

@armanblack hey so first off, don't spam comments on here about the coat. It looks fine to begin with, and second, if you want the low quality textures then simply input the old ones from your GTA IV game's openiv into this GTA V model. I used the original GTA IV model and upscaled the textures so they fit GTA V's world. So it will still use the old textures if you have them. Don't flood the comments section about stuff like that. Just put it into one comment if you want to do it that way.
