Haruka Sawamura from Yakuza 5 ported to GTA 5 by me
It retains the original weight painting from Yakuza 5 as I've renamed all the weights, so the model's movements are as accurate as possible to the original.
Features:
❥ Fully working facial animations
❥ Original rig from Yakuza 5 preserved and adapted to GTA 5
❥ Full LODs
❥ Normals & Speculars ripped from Yakuza 5 and adapted to GTA 5 through Photoshop
❥ Model rigged to MP Female to ensure optimal facial animation quality and proper hand alignment on weapons/in-game props.
Installation Instructions:
❥ You can install this mod as an add-on ped. Alternatively, you can replace an existing streamed ped in x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_ig.rpf by replacing the corresponding .ymt and .yft files and the .ydds and .ytds inside your chosen model's folder.

V1.01
- Reduced the specular intensity of the eyelashes to fix an issue where they appeared overly shiny from certain angles.
- Fixed incorrect specular maps and normal maps for the eyelashes.
- Fixed a naming convention issue that prevented the eyelashes texture from loading when previewing the model in OpenIV.
V1.1
- Gave Haruka a shampoo, her hair is no longer greasy (specular color fix).
- Remade specular maps for the head and torso, they should now be more accurate to Yakuza 5
- Replaced the 256x256 head texture with the higher resolution 512x512 cutscene head texture from Haruka's Yakuza 5 cutscene model.
- Fixed an issue that caused little dark squares to appear on Haruka's face.
V1.2
- Added full LODs to the model
- Fixed an issue that caused Haruka's hoodie to have slightly seeable black squares scattered over
- Improved all normal maps, reducing possible visual artifacts
- Haruka's hair is now one mesh only, optimizing overall size (was previously Hair & Feet) - fixed an issue that forced her ponytail to not use transparency as a temporary measure due to how GTA 5 handles backfaces
- Fixed an issue that caused eyelashes to appear invisible from some angulations
- Perfectioned eyes rig through bones editing
