replace the files inside.

Heavy Utility Vest
The vest dont have any glitches, the only thing is you need to vear a shirt
under it or something thin.
To vear a vest you need to spawn it with any trainer.
You have two colors gray or black , in OpenIV, just chose wich one you will install.
