This is LEGO Darth Vader, It contains a separate weapon model file.
StarWars LightSaber script can be used together:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/starwars-lightsaber-script-v1
INSTALLATION:
1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place the ped files from the "LEGO Darth Vader" archive to addonpeds folder.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add "LEGO Darth Vader" model in the list as normal ped
