I wasn't planning on recreating another racer from MCII so soon, but @crowco challenged me to and I couldn't back down from that!
I recreated the very first racer you went against, Moses.
Of course, with how limited the MP characters are, this is the best I can do, I'm happy with how it turned out!
INSTALLATION: Place the outfit preset file in your "Outfit" folder, which is in your "menyooStuff" folder, that being in your GTA V directory.
And for the vehicle preset, place it in the "Vehicle" folder, it's also in the "menyooStuff" folder.
Now just simply load in and enjoy!

GTA's MP Characters are very limited in terms of customization!
