Use OpenIV to add the files to your Addonon folder, drag and drop. Then use Addonpeds to add to the game. Add "STEELv" to the list and rebuild. Use a trainer to use it.

Also attached is my suit for the IRONMANv3 mod, I use a base of 100-150hp to gauge a normal persons durability. So all of my missions the suits will be balanced. [ EX. Batman would NEVER beatup Superman etc ]
