How can I insert it while I'm playing?
@LilChief You don't. You quit the game and install through OpenIV. After you've done that, you load the game back up.
@LilChief I just realized what you meant. The easiest way is to use a mod menu and change the appearance of Franklin, but you can probably equip at his home or different clothing stores that sell t-shirts.
