Mindcontrol - this mod lets you influence the pedestrians of Los Santos, take control of them, make them fall over, disguise yourself as one of them, slay them and more!
Current Features:
-- Force Car Brakes - Stops the car in its tracks
-- Destroy Engine - Causes engine failure
-- Force accelerate - Sends the vehicle forward
-- Explode cars - Explodes the vehicle.
-- Alarm Malfunction - Sets off the alarm of the vehicles
-- Knockout Drivers - KO's them and the car generally veers off.
-- Break Car brakes - Cause brake failure
-- Make peds jump - Peds will jump in the air
-- Scare Peds - Peds will cower then return to normal
-- Ragdoll peds - Trip up the peds
-- Disguise - Disguise yourself as one of them
-- Remove Disguise - Remove your disguise
-- Slay Peds - Kill all peds around you.
-- UPDATE 1.1 ADDED:
Changed select key to numpad 5 for ease of use! (Requested feature)
My favourite -- POSSESS PEDS - Lets you take control of the closest ped to you, it will transfer your control to them, e.g. its like a ped remote control, it allows you to quickly body hop around the city, you see a nice car driving by? move close to it and possess the driver. you now have control of them.
Drop Kick Peds - As the name suggests it will apply a great force to the ped as if they were being drop kicked.
Strip Peds weapons - Strips peds of their weapons (not working with the 'strapped peds' mod as it automatically supplies them with guns.)
Weaken Peds - Lowers the peds maximum health

Hotkeys can easily be rebound and I've included examples on how to do it!
Also:
The disguise module gets the closest NPC to you, grabs its model and disguises you as them. Disguise also removes any wanted level you have and will stop any NPC's from being hostile.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Mind Control uses a modified GUI library system. This means that you need to copy over the whole scripts folder and merge / replace any files you already have.
Alternatively, you can just copy the scripts/libs folder and replace the one in your current scripts folder.
REMEMBER TO TAKE OUT THE SCRIPT YOU DON'T WANT IN SCRIPTS/ADDINS!

I have followed all the steps but can't get to start the menu.
For anyone who wants to download this: don't.
The mod is broken unless I've done something wrong in the installation, which I haven't. I've tried it over 10 times, and it's definitely broken. Really hate when modders post crappy/unclear instructions on how to install their mods and then never come back to comment on it. Don't waste your time downloading this.

Sorry but the job is not very good ... Impossible to go back to the starting character, we lose weapons etc ... Only way : quite the game and delete the mod ...But the idea was really good. If you could finish this mod I would give a better rating ...
Does not work for me. No menu no nothing. I press . (decimal) to change to nearest ped nothing happens. Is it just too old?

@BOTATOES @kibblz The mod still works, you have to download and install Script Hook Dot Net: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net and Lua Plugin for Script Hook V: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/lua-plugin-for-script-hook-v Then install this mod, override the files that are already there. Then start the game and have fun
the breaks are permanently broken on all vehicles
to change controls open the lua file and go to the last and change them to the code of the key that you want here: https://pastebin.com/dJ9eZGRU
