As someone who plays LSPDFR I'm a little bit confused on how this integrates. Things like the Concealed Weapons Permit and the "Police Traffic Stop" Scenarios. What exactly do these two things mean and how do they integrate with LSPDFR? I installed it and drove around for about 30mins and never saw any A.I. cops making traffic stops, and had no way to check if someone had a concealed weapons permit.
I know this is a dumb question but I figured I'd ask anyways because I've seen weirder things. Does this ABSOLUTELY require the latest GTA V version? I'm running one patch behind for LSPDFR and all it's plugins, but wanted to try this.
How do I use this with Radiance so my police lights in LSPDFR are not so dim, especially during the day? Do I install this and then radiance, and then the radiance compatibility file that is part of VisualV? Or do I just install VisualV and then the Radiance Compatibility file?

Where is the LASD livery? I can only get the LAPD one.
