@Guadmaz GTA starts up normally and I can enter map editor but when I try to load a map the game crashes.

@Guadmaz I have installed everything such as ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, and Map editor correctly and I have also installed the Visual c++ 2015. Every time I try to start the game this message pops up:
