Sorry about the delay. I'm healed up and got busy with work so I decided to stop playing for a bit. Thanks to gtavjamal for locating the proper file needed to fix the ecola sign from reappearing
The files in vb_09 folder goes in: mods/x64m/levels/gta5/_cityw/venice01/vb_09.rpf
The files in venice_01 folder path goes in: mods/x64m.rpf / levels / gta5 / cityw / venice_01 / venice.rpf

It might be a little bit of time because I injured my hand so I don't plan on being on gta v or messing around with it right now.

In OpenIV, mods/64m/levels/gta5/_cityw/venice01/vb_09.rpf. Just replace the files.
Because Rockstar probably changed some stuff around since 2019
Edit: I realized that yours is correct for the other movie(s). I like the original Jaws so I watch that rather than the other ones.
Understandably it is hard to find a 1975 Chevy Blazer that they used, but the colors are wrong on your vehicle.
