Mod still works, but it's possible that the decimal format is tied to the user game region. Countries with metric system usually use a comma "," as a decimal separator instead of a dot ".", which is used in the US. That's the only explanation why TimeScaleDay=0,5 works for me, but TimeScaleDay=0.5 does not (time doesn't advance at all). So try a comma instead of a dot if time doesn't pass at all.
Vanilla GTA 5 timescale is 30. Which means time passes 30 time faster than in real life. 1 hour = 2 minutes. It seems that this timescale can't be lowered further than a quarter. Anything below TimeScaleDay=0,25 seems to equal 0. So I'm sticking to 0,25 as the lowest possible timescale which equals 7,5 times faster than real time (30 x 0.25).
Sorry I meant vehicles.meta but if it's used or not makes no difference to the problem I described.
@_CP_ I do use a mod that tweaks top speeds and handling but I was able to reproduce the problem and trace it to your mod: Deinstalled VisualV, tested Franklin his bike and physics were normal. Again installed your mod - was again unable to fall down from the bike - head on crash at ~ 130 mph.
This happenes regardless if I use your handling.meta or not.
I'm using this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/realistic-top-speed-for-gta-v
Maybe you could test it and see if there is some weird incompatibility.
Why the f did you mess with vehicles? After installing this I can't fall from a bike no matter how fast I crash into something! This is supposed to be purely visual and not a cheat mod! Jesus!
I like the simplicity of this mod but it's useless because it's way to inaccurate. Driving lets say 100 km/h feels like 65-70 km/h.
