@Cos37 you make the mods folder when you first start modding but since the game updated the mods folder needs the updated files put in it where the script reads from and files in the mods folder need redone like its the first time all over again.
Mine wasn't working to fix it I had to go in mods folder and update all the files in there with the new update ones and then redo the dlclist.xml file like starting all over try that and see if it helps anyone.
