For rest of body, I would simply conform the body to template body as closely as possible, then clone weights from template to your mesh. This will probably cause subpar rigging on arms and hands, so I typically just replace the arms/hands with the template's and remap the UV to your mesh.
Also note that this is all for Zmodeler 3, which is a lousy software, and you might do better learning GIMS Evo, but then you better ask quechus13 or someone.

@mcdim If you are using addon peds mod it will create peds meta for you I think. Just edit popgroups file. I am only offering alternative manual method (creating or recycling dlcpack)
I should note that I don't personally use add-on peds mod. I simply reuse peds.meta file and rpf archive from world of variety mod, since it's already laid out the groundwork for this sort of thing, and gives me finer control over things like ped props.

If you mean you want to add the peds into ambient environment without replacing another ped, this is also possible. To do this, add your ped as add-on and then modify popgroups.ymt file in update>update.rpf>x64>levels>gta5
(You'll need to find an unencrypted version online)

This is sick... How did you do this? Is it theoretically possible to make any texture animated?
Nipple quality is due to subpar normal map. I sorta hopped through that process hoping no one would notice, sorry :P
I don't really plan to put to much more into this mod in the near future unfortunately.
