Great mod, loved! Only thing i don't like so much is the blue lights in vehcles. Looks like all cars are with xenon

Can you help me?
My game does not open cutscene with this mod. The game works normal until a mission begins. The game does not freeze, the mission does not start but neither does another start. The same error happens with IVPack and Dispatchworks Pack. I tested each one separately. "I'm using VisualV, ENB and VSHADE" I'm using Steam version
