Everything worked then I went to play later and nothing appeared

I did have it at a 4 star but after a small while, the police are kind of a problem to where it isn't even funny. And I am bringing it down to 2 stars because it is below average of my expectations. It's not a bad mod, there are just issues with it that make it a bit infuriating at times. Here are some issues I've encountered for the estimated 8 hours I've had the mod for:

A few hours ago, I drove past an officer, and they rushed to pull me over. I had my lights off (it was day), but because I was sitting, I decided to turn on my lights to see how it looked with the car and the reason for the stop was that I had lights on during the day. That would mean there was no reason for me to be pulled over to begin with.

Just now, I was driving with a cop behind me like I mentioned in another comment and the cop rammed me after pulling out like it had used a boost cheat and flew into me. Then I waited after that fine, due to the stupidity of the normal NPCs, the light turned green, and the civilian decided to hit my car, so that officer that was still there fined me for a collision.

And a few of my traffic stops have been like this; I bumped a gate and a police car by me came to stop me and I had pulled over for the police car. This police car just circled me while I was pulled over destroying everything in my path and eventually blowing up from all the damage the car had taken.

Something I noticed is when you drive from the police when they are behind you; the follow you of course. BUT... When the officer has exited the vehicle, sometimes the police car will still move when you drive which may cause some chaos with the other AI on the road

The AI will also drive right past you when starting a traffic stop and completely stop while moving fast. And they stop in bad places

Overall, I think some of the stuff just needs more quality over quantity

NVM @tekkzn got it working by downloading the nightly version of scripthookdotnet and it works.

To add on: Some mods come with their own versions of Native UI. Download Native UI separately because one of the versions I had from another mod actually created some issues.

I also cannot get the menu to come up

The Native UI that came with this folder was stopping the phone from pressing on anything. I could only exit out of things. I guess it doesn't matter considering the mod itself doesn't work

I have consistent 60 fps and I have the multiplier at 0,01 and it still drains fast

I was just driving and a police officer pulled into traffic aggressively. I was driving doing the normal civilian things and the police car just REAR ENDS ME while I was sitting still, and I get fined for the collision. I would like to speak to a supervisor
